Most of our items run TTS unless otherwise stated! Many of our items are handmade and receive special attention to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase!

♥ PROCESSING/TURNAROUND TIME :
Current Processing time on handmade items is approx. 2-4 weeks / (16-18 BUSINESS Days) from the close of the Drop/Collection date.
Our turnaround time (TAT) is usually around 16-18 business days. This stated TAT does not include weekends or holidays before items ship. If an item is on backorder, we do try to contact you asap to let you know an approx ship date, so please be sure to stay up to date on checking your messages as that is our only way to communicate with you if we have questions about your order.
While this is our standard turnaround time, often times items are shipped sooner than that. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. Larger handmade orders do have a longer turnaround time. I try very hard to meet the "ship by" dates assigned to your order. Sometimes, due to circumstances out of my control, this is not always possible. If your ship by date is different , we will try our very best to keep that updated! You are always welcome to send us an email at SouthernPrepBoutique@gmail.com and check on the status of your order. Please be sure to reference your order number in your message.

♥ CANCELING AN ORDER:
If you cancel an order, and the shirt/item has already been designed - you may possibly incur a $10 design fee charge (subtracted from your total price when refund is given). Designing items takes a lot of time and we work to ensure they are perfect for you. This fee is up to the discretion of the owner on a case by case basis due to the custom nature of all of our items. Other factors are taken into consideration when charging this fee as well. For example: Time since the order was placed, intricacy of design, items already ordered etc. Thanks in advance for understanding!
PLEASE be sure to list a NEED by date on the order as well if it is needed for a specific date. This is very helpful to us when filling orders. Rush fees may apply if item is needed before listed turnaround time. Feel free to email ahead of time if you want to check on this!
